As a collaborative effort between academics in the Departments of Classics, History and History of Art & Architecture in the School of Histories and Humanities, the Digital Image Project (DIP) is at the forefront of the development and implementation of digital archiving systems and standards of practice in Trinity College Dublin. Supported by the Research Committee and a relationship with the Trinity College Library, DIP will provide a publicly accessible, visual research and teaching resource covering over 4000 years of visual and material culture relating to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world.
